AG Insurance — Medifi Web Application

The situation

Due to company confidentiality, some details of this project cannot be shared publicly.

The Medifi project was a desktop application for clients of AG Insurance, where they complete a mandatory questionnaire covering questions about their health and lifestyle. At the end of the questionnaire, the client receives a personal confirmation screen helping them through the next steps.

The main challenge was designing a complex question flow that felt simple and reassuring for the end user — handling conditional logic, variation in guidance placement, and accessibility.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Translate the low-fidelity wireframes into hi-fidelity interactive wireframes
• Follow up user testing
• Create the final responsive UI designs
• Hold multiple presentations of the design in progress and defend the design decisions made as a team
• Provide an HTML-slicing, icon library, and design documentation for the development team
